Our Leadership
Alex
Co-founder & DirectorAlex began his career in Silicon Valley as a software engineer before working as a technology strategy consultant with Tier-1 firms. In 2015, he co-founded Peclet Technology to help towns and cities accelerate the adoption of IoT and open data to address urban challenges across mobility, waste, environmental management, and energy. Alex oversees client delivery and brings deep expertise in energy data, carbon accounting, and the circular economy.
Paul
Co-founder & DirectorPaul Painter is a Director and Co-owner of Peclet Technology. With a strong passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the power of data, Paul leads a multidisciplinary team focused on developing next-generation open data and data-sharing platforms that make complex information accessible to a wide range of audiences. Drawing on his extensive background in local government, Paul works closely with clients to deliver impactful data experiences that support safer, smarter, and more sustainable communities.
Hassan
CTOWith 25+ years of software engineering experience, spanning various roles in database and software development. Hassan has worked with prestigious clients like CSIRO, Motorola, NASA, Nokia, Sony, Boeing, and IBM during his tenure at an international electronic design solutions provider. With CTO background and a Data Science degree, Hassan brings a comprehensive skill set that is instrumental in Peclet's success in delivering innovative data experience solutions.
